Built in the late sixties, the Copper Owl has retro vibes and a comfortable, living room-like atmosphere. Hosting a wide variety of events, the vintage venue strives to provide a safe space for every diverse background and identity. Check out more about Copper Owl here: Copper Owl.
We acknowledge that the venue exists on the unceded, stolen land of the Coast Salish Territories, specifically of the Lekwungen and WSÁNEĆ peoples.
The Copper Owl venue is on the second floor, up a long set of stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. We will do our best to accommodate anyone who wishes to attend, however we do not have an elevator or a lift.
There will be beverages available for purchase during breaks, and a self-serve water station available during the workshops. There is a modern diner downstairs that will be serving food throughout the day and into the evening after the conference, you can find info on the diner here: Paul's Diner by Fol Epi.
The venue is attached to Paul's Motor Inn, hotel rooms can be arranged here: Paul's Motor Inn.
